Honed tube feature:
High precision: the inner surface roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.08 µ m, and the roundness accuracy is ≤ 0.01mm
High strength: formed into a dense fibrous surface layer through rolling processing, resistant to high pressure and deformation;
High reliability: The residual compressive stress layer formed by the process increases fatigue strength by about 30% and enhances wear resistance

It is mainly used for precision machining of pneumatic and hydraulic components, such as oil cylinders, air cylinders, etc. Due to its ability to withstand high pressure, high precision, and corrosion resistance, it is suitable for complex working conditions.
Processing Technology:
The rolled steel pipe is processed by rolling, and due to the residual compressive stress left on the surface layer, it helps to close the small cracks on the surface and hinders the expansion of erosion. Thus, it can improve the surface corrosion resistance and delay the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks, thereby enhancing the fatigue strength of polished steel pipes. By rolling forming, a cold work hardening layer is formed on the rolling surface, reducing the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding pair, thereby improving the wear resistance of the inner wall of the grinding steel pipe and avoiding burns caused by grinding. After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness value can improve the fitting properties.
