Honed tube feature:

  High precision: the inner surface roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.8 µ m, and the roundness accuracy is ≤ 0.01mm
   High strength: formed into a dense fibrous surface layer through rolling processing, resistant to high pressure and deformation;  ‌
   High reliability: The residual compressive stress layer formed by the process increases fatigue strength by about 30% and enhances wear resistance
    It is mainly used for precision machining of pneumatic and hydraulic components, such as oil cylinders, air cylinders, etc. Due to its ability to withstand high pressure, high precision, and corrosion resistance, it is suitable for complex working conditions.
