Product Description

   Rubber bushings mainly play a role in shock absorption, buffering, and vibration isolation in automobiles, in order to enhance the comfort and durability of the vehicle.
   Rubber bushings are widely used in multiple key parts of the automotive chassis, such as the connection between the engine, transmission, driveshaft and the frame or body, as well as in the suspension system. Its main function is to reduce fatigue damage caused by frequent vibrations and significantly enhance the vehicle's NVH performance (noise, vibration, and acoustic roughness). Rubber bushings, through their elasticity and damping properties, can store and release energy, absorb vibrations and impacts, thereby avoiding direct contact between suspension system components, reducing metal to metal collisions, and improving driving comfort.

 

 

The main functions of steel pipes in rubber bushings include the following aspects:

1. Provide structural support: Steel pipes serve as the skeleton of rubber bushings, providing necessary structural support to ensure the stability and durability of the bushings. The strength and rigidity of steel pipes enable rubber bushings to maintain their shape and function under various working conditions
2. Protective rubber layer: The inner wall of the steel pipe is covered with a layer of rubber, which can effectively resist the corrosion and wear of chemical substances. 	5. NBK (+N) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the  upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
