   Using a suitable precision tube blank can reduce unnecessary material removal for sleeves, collars, rings and shafts. The quotation begins with the finished drawing, then confirms material, tube blank, machining allowance, datum structure, operations, inspection and quantity.

Q8. How do you control critical tolerances?

Critical dimensions are identified during drawing review and inspected using suitable measuring equipment according to the agreed inspection plan.

Heat treatment and surface finishing can be arranged according to material grade and customer specifications.
